With CIN U85300KA2022NPL158701 and NIC Code 853 (Social Work Activities), the Foundation is committed to uplifting lives through compassion, community empowerment, and sustainable social initiatives. What began as a small effort by a group of passionate individuals has grown into a vibrant platform dedicated to providing essential resources to underprivileged families, supporting education and health initiatives, and fostering meaningful social impact. Guided by the core values of empathy, integrity, and respect, the Foundation works to ensure that every individual is given an opportunity to thrive with dignity.
Headquartered at No AU-202, 2nd Floor, Ultimate Signature, ISRO Layout Phase 2, Harohalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560064, Dheeraira Charity Foundation continues to build lasting relationships within the communities it serves. The Foundation held its last Annual General Meeting on 28 December 2023, and its most recent balance sheet was filed on 31 March 2023.
Led by its Directors Mala Durga Rani, Yakasiri Saipriya, and Nagappagari Aswarthappa the organization remains committed to transparency, accountability, and long-term social development.
